Standard Procedure:

1. We will ask you to send the item to our shop for verification and safekeeping as inventory of the site and security for the customer.
2. Cost related logistics of sending or withdrawing the item to our shop will be paid by the Consignor.
3. Logistical concern shall not include Poikollect / Traders Superstore / Michael Louie Lim and shall be born to the Consignor or the Buyer (Full declare value on LBC Insurance is key to safety of the item).
4. Once an item is bought, Payment of the consigned item shall be given after the item is marked received in the LBC tracking app + 5 days for customer to check the item.
5. Further procedure and negotiation shall be done by communication.
