Event Location: 2nd Floor Green Mellow Court 2, Osmena Street, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte

Event Rule:

• Two players form a team against another duo (Can Choose your own partner, if none organizer will choose a partner for you)
• Deck Size: Deck must contain exactly 100 cards (1 legendary creature or planeswalker as your commander, and 99 other cards, or 98 cards if using two "partner" commanders)
• Sideboard: None
• Shared Life Total: Each team shares a starting life total of 60 instead of the typical 40. Damage or life loss is subtracted from this joint pool.
• Shared Turns: Teammates untap, draw, play lands, and move through combat steps together. The team going first skips their initial draw step.
• Simultaneous Combat: Both players on a team declare their attackers at the same time. The defending team then blocks as one unified force. Any player can block any attacker, provided the attacking creature is directed at them or their teammate.
• Independent Board States: Teammates have separate battlefields, libraries, and hands, though you are allowed to look at and discuss your partner's hand. You cannot tap your partner's lands or cast spells for them.
• Winning/Losing Together: The game ends when a team's life total reaches zero, or when a specific player loses (e.g., decking out or being dealt 15 or more poison counters). If one player loses, the entire team loses.
• Commander Damage: Commander damage is tracked per individual Commander. If any single opposing commander deals 21 or more combat damage to your team throughout the game, your team loses.
• Match Structure: BO3
• Tournament Structure: No Top Cut
• Time Limit: 90 Minutes per Match

• The App/Website shall reflect that the players deck list is within Bracket 3 and shall be presented to the organizers.
