Event Information: Pre-Release

Event Format: Pre-Release Kit

Event Rule:

• Deck Size: Minimum of 40 Cards
• Sideboard: None
• Card Limit: All can be use in the pre-release kit
• Promos: The foil Prerelease promo included in your kit is legal to play in your deck
• Match Structure: Swiss Best of 3
• Tournament Structure: No Top Cut
• Time Limit: 50 Minutes per Match

• Each player starts with (20) life and a starting hand of (7) cards.
• Mulligans: Prereleases use the Vancouver mulligan variant simplified for modern play: if you mulligan, you draw a fresh hand of (7), then put (1) card from your hand on the bottom of your library. If you mulligan again, you draw (7) and put (2) on the bottom, and so on.
• No Trades of Cards with other players. 
• For participants, please do not forget to bring or purchase opaque sleeves and basic lands.
