Pre-Order Rule and Policy:

- READ EVERYTHING to have the whole idea how it works. 

 

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have understood all the information provided below and or in the Google Form, including the risks associated with your order. You also acknowledge and accept the possibility of pre-order country allocation cuts or reductions. Please note that we are here to assist you in good faith in obtaining the item at the pre-order price.
It is implied that if allocations are better or complete, the pre-order customer must complete their payment within 1 week once the allocation is confirmed, near the product's release date.

Cancellations are not allowed, and the 30% pre-order deposit and order will be forfeited if the payment cannot be made due to any circumstances.

 

 Allocation Computation:

- Your order x allocation percentage % = your total allocation or number of units you will receive.

- Poikollect will be doing strictly whole number percentage on allocations if ever allocations are cut. Hence you can calculate whether you will have or none as well. 
- Any assistance or consolation is by prerogative of Poikollect and cannot be expected to be given to anyone. 

 

Poikollect Pre-Order Terms and Condition

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern pre-order items through Traders Superstore with pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim, in relation to the supplier or distributor. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Your consent through down payment signifies your acceptance of these terms voluntarily, including our Pre-order Policy which states that non-payment within 1 week will result in your pre-order and down payment being null and void. You also affirm your understanding of Poikollect being a pen name of Traders Superstore and its nature as a small business specializing in TCG merchandise.

2. Pre-Order Items Process
a. Eligibility: To place a pre-order, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
b. Pre-Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of your pre-order, you will receive a confirmation message of this website or google form by the email you have indicated.

3. Payment
a. Payment Method: At the time of pre-order or purchase, either full payment or a deposit or down payment may be required. Non-payment will result in your pre-order being null and void. To complete your pre-order, please ensure timely payment as per the instructions provided during the pre-order process.

b. Billing: Your payment will be processed upon the placement of your pre-order. If you opt to make a deposit or down payment, the remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready for shipment or when allocations have been established and informed by our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Poikollect. Additionally, any shipping fees to your location will be invoiced and must be settled when the item is being prepared for shipment as the amount you have paid is for the item only.

4. Estimated Delivery
a. Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of pre-order; however, these dates are subject to change by the TCG company, logistics or something we cannot control. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible by messenger, hence kindly contact us after placing an order to have easy access communication.

b. Delays: Traders Superstore with pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim shall not be liable for any delays caused by supplier or distributor or logistics.
c. Arrival of Stock: Once the product arrives, orders will only be released after confirmation of full payment, including the shipping fee to your designated location. Products that remain unclaimed for one week after arrival, along with any down payments, may be forfeited or subject to a storage charge of 200 pesos per day.

5. Cancellations and No Refund Policy
a. Cancellation Policy: All pre-order or purchase items are considered final. Once placed, pre-orders or purchases cannot be canceled.
b. No Refunds: Traders Superstore with the pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim do not offer refunds for pre-orders under any circumstances. This is because pre-order funds are forwarded directly to the supplier or distributor, which are beyond our company's control and are subject to their no-refund policy. However, if the supplier or distributor cannot fulfill the pre-order, we will issue a refund once they have refunded us. This process typically takes around 3 to 7 business or working days. After receiving the refund from the supplier or distributor, Traders Superstore (Poikollect) and or Michael Louie Lim will process your refund within 7 business or working days.

Furthermore, It is implied that if allocations are better or complete, the pre-order customer must complete their payment once the allocation is confirmed and informed in our Facebook page or messenger group chat or to you on messenger or email, near the product's release date. Cancellations are not allowed, and the pre-order deposit will be forfeited if the payment cannot be made due to any circumstances.

 

6. Order Fulfillment
a. Incomplete Orders: There may be instances where Traders Superstore with the pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim are unable to fulfill your order due to the supplier or distributor reducing our order quantity or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and will assist you in obtaining a refund from the supplier or distributor.

b. Country Allocations: Allocations are determined based on the total supply provided to the Philippines, as communicated by the supplier and distributor. Traders Superstore with the pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim will be doing strictly whole number percentage on allocations if ever allocations are cut.
c. Request of Designs: Requesting of multiple design of a single product cannot be assured as we are not allow us to choose which design we can pre-order.

 

7. Product Changes
a. Specifications: Product specifications may change prior to release. We will notify you of any significant changes through your provided contact details.

b. Allocation computation: Your order x allocation percentage % = your total allocation or number of units you will receive.
Example:

Your order 10 units X Allocation percentage is 10% (given near release date or on release date) = allocation cut to 1 unit to receive.

Your order 5-unit X Allocation percentage is 10% (given near release date or on release date) = allocation cut to 0.5 unit = No Allocation as it is not a whole number.

c. Allocation rule: Poikollect will be doing strictly whole number percentage on allocations if ever allocations are cut.


8. Customer Responsibilities
a. Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your account.
b. Contact Information: Ensure your email and contact information are correct to receive order updates.

9. Limitation of Liability
a. Liability Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traders Superstore with the pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your pre-order items. Furthermore, any damage caused by couriers should be addressed with the courier.

b. Non-Fulfillment Disclaimer: Furthermore, Traders Superstore with the pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim shall not be liable for the non-fulfillment of pre-ordered products, nor for the total value of your pre-order payment, down payment, or any subsequent payments made for any reason arising from the supplier's or distributor’s failure to deliver or provide a refund or compensation. Our store is solely here to assist you with your pre-order in relation to the supplier or distributor.

c. Assistance Statement: Traders Superstore with the pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim will only assist you, at your expense, by facilitating communication and providing information regarding the supplier or distributor when the supplier or distributor fails to deliver or provide a refund or compensation.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms
Traders Superstore with pen name Poikollect, and Michael Louie Lim reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon information via email or messenger or verbal communications.

 

Poikollect and Decimals

  • Poikollect also buys their own stock which also goes with the country allocation percent.
  • Poikollect is not obligated to use our own pre-order to assist or console every single pre-order unless stated. 
  • Hence please use the formula of country allocation to estimate how many you will order that you can handle if item suddenly becomes 100%. The basis of your allocation is by your own allocation in whole number.
    FORUMLA: Your order x allocation percentage % = your total allocation or number of units you will receive. 
  • Decimals of pre-orderers will not be owned by Poikollect. This will be used to assist those that have 0 allocation base on order number and nearest highest decimal going to 1 unit. 
    • Example: 1) 0.60 unit | 2) 0.90 unit | 3) 1.40 unit | 4) 0.70 | 5) 1.10
